Women to the World's second annual presentation of Athens' Got Talent brought out some of the most remarkable musical talent in Northern Georgia!

There were 21 acts, and the level of entertainment was equal to any of television's reality show offerings, and the judges' task was as tough or tougher than any of those shows!

Outstanding performances were delivered by all! The Athens' Got Talent staff and Women to the World wish to extend our heartfelt thanks and congratulations for a job well done to all the contestants who participated last Saturday night at Clarke Central High Schools' Mell Auditorium, and also to the sizeable audience that came out to support our contestants and the Women to the World's PALS program here in Athens.

Women to the World also wishes to thank all of the volunteers and their families, and the Clarke Central High School staff.

Stan Aldrich wonderfully introduced the program, the preshow, Doris Aldrich, and our master of cerimonies. Thank you Stan!

Chris Shupe (a.k.a. the Athens King) was our celebrity Master of Ceremonies for the second year in a row, and handled the job with ease, wit, and pure professionalism. We are indebted to Chris for his generosity of spirit and his loving heart.
